The Skids Down Foundation was created with one purpose—to support the people behind the mission.
Founded alongside Skids Down Apparel, the Foundation exists to give back to the HEMS community and the families who stand behind them. Because we know firsthand that this line of work comes with more than just long shifts and high-pressure calls—it comes with real-life challenges that don’t end when the aircraft shuts down.
Why It Exists
Every time the skids go down, it means someone needs help.
But sometimes… it’s our own people who need it.

How It Works
5% of all Skids Down Apparel profits are directly contributed to the Foundation
Those funds are used to assist qualified applicants within the HEMS and EMS community who are in need of support.
